 PROCESSING TIME

All items are handmade and made-to-order with care.

Current processing time is approximately 1 week unless otherwise updated on my Instagram, or announcement section. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, holidays, or material availability.

Orders are completed in the order they are received. Please understand that handmade embroidery takes time, and I truly appreciate your patience and support for my small business. I am a one person running this business. 

Need your order sooner? Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please message me on Instagram before placing your order to confirm availability.

 EMBROIDERY DISCLAIMER

Every item is machine embroidered by me with attention to detail and care.

Because embroidery is stitched directly into garments:
• Backing or stitching may be visible inside the item
• Slight variations in placement or stitching may occur
• Minor imperfections are normal with handmade embroidery

These details are part of the custom embroidery process and make each piece unique.

For extra comfort, some customers prefer wearing a layer underneath embroidered apparel.

 ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of my products:
• No refunds
• No returns
• No exchanges
• No cancellations once an order has been placed

Please review all order details carefully before checking out, including sizing, colors, names, and shipping information.

 CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

I love bringing your ideas to life through custom embroidery. Every custom piece is created with care, creativity, and attention to detail.

Please keep in mind:
• Custom items may not be exact replicas of inspiration photos
• Slight differences in fonts, colors, sizing, or stitching may occur
• By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept these creative variations

 SIZING INFO

Most apparel items are unisex and true to size.

For an oversized fit, I recommend sizing up 1–2 sizes depending on your preferred look.

Please refer to size charts when available before purchasing, these are located under description in every listing. 

 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Threads by Alexa is not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Shipping delays caused by USPS or carriers
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Returned packages due to incomplete or wrong addresses

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact USPS directly within 7 days.
